Can I start with one plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients begin with Emerald, then move into Onyx as their needs grow. Each tier is designed to build on the one before it, so you can scale seamlessly without starting over or spending more than you need to.
What happens during onboarding?
We begin with a full audit of your CRM and GTM systems, followed by an assessment of your data, processes, and goals. From there, we create a tailored project plan that aligns with your business objectives and outlines the roadmap for measurable impact.
What does the one-time project startup fee cover?
The startup fee covers everything needed to get your engagement running smoothly. It includes a full CRM technical audit, a GTM systems audit, your project kickoff call, and setup of all internal systems and communication channels. This ensures our team is aligned, connected, and ready to deliver from day one.
We already have a RevOps team. Still a fit?
Absolutely. We don’t replace smart people, we amplify them. Some clients lean on us for strategy, some for optimization, some for tool consolidation and configuration, some for execution. Think of us as your force multiplier, not a duplicate hire.

Do you offer standalone audits?
Yes. We offer standalone CRM and Systems audits as entry points, perfect if you just want clarity before committing to a longer engagement. We’ll give you the advice you need to take it and run on your own. If you do decide to work with us within 30 days, your project startup cost for an engagement is 100% waived.
How do I know if we’re ready for a RevOnyx engagement?
